Museums have almost a unique role to play in this because as the and that's why we chose to do this series about museums outside london. We want it to demonstrate that the tradition in britain has always been that this is decided by people for themselves, not at the centre of government. That's one of the great strengths of our country, i think, th we don't have central control of who we think we are. And museums are absolutely central to that.
