Do You Think We Need More Trade Schools?
Ike: We need to have more trade sco opportunities. Every company says, i would rather train someone up on how we do it then to go hire someone experienced. They say that, but it's not, they don't actually do that. I can't afford to just sit around and wait and hope that happened, ye. So i'm going to go start building that pathway into my business that i need to be successa long term.
