The Importance of Funk in the Bay Area

I've had many nicknames over the years, but less was been what people call me. It's a very interesting thing because people don't have nicknames anymore. And then were you always lesser you ever Leslie? I was Leslie when I was little. But then I became, became less. We always had nicknames all of our buddies. David was always Dave and all this other stuff. You're Larry Graham just blew my mind.
