Dr. Phil: I know you have a PhD, but as I've observed you over the years, you kind of sometimes hang out with the economists. And it occurred to me, I have no idea what your PhD is in. So I got a PhD from George Mason University School of Public Policy. It was an interdisciplinary program where I focused on both the qualitative aspects of history and then traditional economics.
