You Don't Have to Be Bragging

If you want to do more, you have to advertise. A that doesn't mean you go bragging. It's sharing. And your work will speak loudly as other people know that you're supporting the team. The navy seals don't allow those types of people to stay on their teams and they don't get to beyon seal team six. Low performers, low levels of trust, don't stay in any organization. They may be a good shaft, but there’s low levels of Trust because there is not enough communication. Only when we have high levels of communication can we hope to achieve our goals.
