The Probability of Being a Victim of Crime in West Virginia

Census data shows Portland, Oregon has suffered massive population loss since 2020. The city lost the sixth most number of people of any city in the US last year losing 8,308 people from July 2021 to July 2022. People and businesses vote with their feet, and they are not voting for Portland, the city or the region in the way they have in recent past. These cities are dried with or with their husks of what what once were. And they're only it's only getting worse. We don't need news stories to come out every 20 minutes to prove it was going to be bad when I say this is going to happen. There's no question now we're watching it happen
