The Benefits of Having Your Own Agent
I use an agent outside the regular real estate. NACA does have agents who like kind of like know their process. So it's a little bit faster when you have one of their agents, but I just had my agent registered through the NACA and learn whatever their process was because again, their staff is overworked. And NACA also has some benefits for the seller as well. They pay like the seller's title fees. Like they don't want to just sell it to an investor who can come tear it down. You got to have people on your team who are savvy and witty and know how to like you.
