Do You Have a Dignity Theory?
Dignity is diminished if i treat an animal in a bad way. It may very well be that it is possible to talk about the dignity of that animal in the same terms as those for humans. So yes, although there is an work to do in delineating just how this dignity theory might apply to non humans, in principle, there's no reason why it shouldn't.
