You're in a Position of Authority

Don't ever belittle a person from a religious angle, it's the biggest crime you could commit. The Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him has taught us this genuineness and from it a lot comes out,. Together with that he has always asked us to listen. You're in a position of authority, listen to what people are saying to you. Don't just put aside what they give you in terms of suggestions, perhaps needs and so on - look into them. If I'm a civil servant and if I'm serving the nation, it would be wrong for me to close myself into a little office and that's it.
