i've been studying the stuffr over a decade too, in different ways. It's really about repeated exposure and repeated activation of that neural connection. So thereis a limited amount of that repeated activation that you can do during a single session. As bed an f runs out, then it becomes harder for the nerons to create a strong, stronger connection. And thereby we really strengthen those pathways - which is important when it comes to mental health. The more natural that that skill is to activate, the more likely it is that someone would actually have a better response to the situation that they're in. That's where the kind of micro tasq approach ends ot being more efficient in building
