Why the IRS Needs Guns?

Since 2006, we took a look at the 103 federal agencies outside of the Department of Defense that spent $3.7 billion on gun-zaminated military-style equipment. There are more federal agents with arrests and firearms authority than there are United States Marines at 186,000. So what does the IRS need weaponry for? Do you know? Because I don't know.
