Engineex Community - Is There a Vision?

I know this is probably something you're talking about a lot internally, but do you have a vision of what a healthy community looks like? What are some of the metrics that you would use to gauge how the community is growing? Oh, metrics. That's my favorite and least favorite topic. So so far, we don't have any that are set directly on, you know, x number of contributors by the end of the year, or something like that. Personally, for metrix, i'm about to re launch a er ya, properly launch a slack for the engineex community.
