i was working with one of the lean tacked engineers that do scheduling, project controls and support projects. And i said, you know, hey, that project right there, that's pretty well locked in. They're pass their p n r. I'm just so happy by, uh, next june, we'll probably have 30 that are really well trained. By the way, we like, spent two hours a day training these wonderful people.
