I'm a historiani i want to think about what i do and why i do it. And the world that i live in has certain challenges that i feel helpless against. By 20 50, we're looking at a world where the cities are submerged because of rising sea level. Much of arable land now is no longer able to bear any harvest. A nation state can defend a border or enact a border, but nation state can't, you know, find water. I may not be alive in 20 30 or 20 50, but the world that is going to be there in the subcontinent is a world in which nation state cannot be of any p right, no help.
