The Importance of Location Parameters on Investment Property

A lot of renters are worried that their landlords can't afford the rate rises and so may be forced to sell. The other trend I've started to notice is actually mum and dad investors who are coming to the aid of their children in this rental crisis. They buy an investment property, which is what I call an investment with purpose. And then eventually once they move out, they will keep it and hold it as an investment. But don't get wrapped up in the emotion of, right, my son or my daughter needs a house. It costs me 30 grand a year when I could go and buy the house next door and rent out at full price.
