The other part of the system to find out your biggest fan is slowing down and getting into your body. A lot of people with high functioning anxiety, that's the last thing they want to do. And so I encourage clients to do a full body movement when it comes to that. That just take a few deep breaths or touch their head,. But to really stand up and get into their body because a lot of us end up like floating heads. We forget that we have a body.
