When you talk to the Taliban ranks and rank and file, you clearly see that most of that movement, which is quite young, doesn't know or knob to this ideology. This ideology belongs to the leadership of that movement and that ideology is all what they have because they actually have nothing else to offer. I regret to say that in the period which I was there, I failed to obtain from the fact that there is any articulated social development plan. But in a way I'm hearing a little bit of hopeful or hope that this could be a temporary period and the resilience of Afghan people is still there. It is.
