The Importance of Planning for a Successful Project
Project management is something that's so foreign and avoided in you know professional practice but then I guess programming that into the project is critical. We used to say our projects never finished they designed to evolve and then we were like oh yeah that's got a nice ring to it, he says. The way public bodies maintain space doesn't allow for things such as plantings or trees which can void maintenance contracts. He adds: "I think one of the problems isn't it that things are packaged up neatly"
