The constitution of moldova was adopted in 19 94. According to that constitution, muldover has been a neutral state since 19 94. We have very good partnerships in the security and defense fear with partners fot support amuld over. Our neutrality does not mean demilitarization. And we've always been very clear and transparent about these tribes.
