How Lattice Helps Managers Do Their Job
Lattice is about 150 employees with a little under 2,000 customers. Lattice was founded in late 2015 and it's incrementally grown its product suite over time. The company started out building tools to track OKRs and employ one-on-ones. And then throughout the course of that first year, we also added performance reviews and feedback. Now as time goes on, we just continue to add to that sweet and build services that are valuable for all sorts of touch points in the employee journey.
