The Problem With Offices in the US
It's simple economics for a lot of these bigger folks, you know, they have distressed funds actually. It's just simpler to hand the keys back and to refocus their money on something that's a bit more valuable. offices are the worst performing properties right now malls already bottomed up out a couple of years ago so the values have already fallen.
