Can David Ross Use Pitchers Differently?

With the defense being so good, it may give David Ross opportunities to use pitchers differently. With this team right now, they have several options who can get past five innings. Even from your bullpen, if Keegan needs to spot start, I'm sure he can do it for three, four or five innings. Same thing with Alice in Life. He could start the game and then piggyback off of whomever if someone else starts as well to go multiple innings.
