What's the Trend Right Now?

It has gone down a bit and then slowly started to creep up, you know say Six months ago. We're around about 40,000 That was a drop and then we're slowly crept up to 50 Then obviously went down over new years because we have our massive break. Now as people are coming back New year new me want to buy an investment and start and say creep up again. It's possible that you sort of like reached a market saturation so i'm just curious what the number is So i don't have a number in my head, but the benefit for New Zealand is that property is the number one like investment of choice.
