Liz would probably be Richard Helen the boy-doids and then also Buzzcock singles going steady which is just always like if you need motivation on any particular day like just blasting that can kind of get your heart rate up. It's funny how punk goes through errors of being rediscovered with bands like the Minutemen and the Swell Maps who had a collaged idea about what it was going to be.
