Weishelpt's Secret Order
Weishelpt used the system of grades from the Freemasons as a foundation to build his own secret order. The Illuminati had three levels, novice, menarival, then finally illuminated menarival. On top of all this was Weishelpt and his original founding members. They were called the Ariapagus or Ariapagites. These names were to be used during ceremonies and written correspondences.
