Luke: We would remind them, don't forget to stay connected to that flag when you walk out this changing room. Sos, it's a physical thing of touching the flag every practice, every game. Otherways we cultivated a connection. And here we go round the circle, and everyone shares something we don't know about each other. One guy shared how he got a moral teaser stuck up his nose as a child. They couldn't get it down, so had to take to the hospital and basly had to put a hea pad around his nose and melt it down. There was a couple of tears shed with some really important stuff in there. Um, u know,
