Machiavellianism

If someone in your office is narcissistic then don't chat to them. Machiavellianism, the word does come from a renowned Italian politician called Niccolo Machiavelli. Manipulation, self-interest, lack of both emotion and morality. I know some real dickheads that have an element of it - but they're so good at hiding it.
