What's the End Game?

The most fun of coaching is when you see the hard work and dedication pay off, says coach. If we're not willing to get feedback as coaches, ike find a different professionas when you stop trying to get better, you're done, man. And if your practice is just 90 minutes of drills, it's just nocking me fun. I don't think your teams would be any good not actually playing the game. You're probably just going to get destroyed. But more importantly, your kids won't enjoy it, nd they probably won't be really improving. It takes a level of self awareness and and a big level of humility.
