- Bayer (BAYN GY) shares drop as much as 12%, the most since November 2024, amid uncertainty around attempts to settle lawsuits tied to Roundup weedkiller. The decline follows a 7.4% gain on Tuesday, and the shares remain up more than 65% since early November.
