The Rise of USB Attacks in the First Half of 2023
Mandiant reports that USB attacks have risen threefold in the first half of 2023. The Sogoo Malware Infection has spread to various sectors across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. This campaign may be part of a long-term collection objective or a later stage follow-up for subjects of interest to state-sponsored threat actors. There are no known exploits of this vulnerability at this time.
