Michael: What does it mean to be unbroken? I spent a lot of my life broken in many different ways emotionally, physically, sometimes a lot of pain, a lot of stress in my life. Unbroken means to be healthy and happy; being in nature provides that for me. You're just a nicer person. You're a better person. And you're more value to the to, you know, to everybody that you're involved with or come in contact with. So do whatever you could do to get there.
