Victorized Functions for Data Science?

In r you have victorized ir, just like the whole victorized structure of r. Wouldn't that get in the way of ultimately integrating the two languages? Tatse i, i think for most kind of data scientists, tet most the tasks the data scientists do, their kind of victorization helps you because you end up writing higher level statements of intent. I think thisi works pretty well for data science. It doesn't, i think, work well is like, a general and programming tool, but for data science, somehow i think that th just this idea of like, victorized functions kind of matches the problem well enough that it works out pretty well.
