John joined VF HealthCare in 2021 as their Global Medical Affairs Director of Digital Communications before moving over to GSK earlier this year. In his current role, John oversees VF's digital medical strategy with a particular focus on omni-channel. Yes, he has lots of insights to share, so without further ado, we'll hand over to Jade for the interview and we join their conversation as she asks John about his reasons for joining pharma.
