Passing on a Vision to Your Sons
The goal of a good father is, hey, be like me son and passing that on. And also like Brian said in the last episode for daughters to look to the father and say, that's the kind of man that I want to marry. So part of that is vocation. If you're an engineer, obviously that's going to be somewhat difficult to pass on to your son. But there are all sorts of competencies that you can pass on that are adjacent to that.
