How to Get a Good Headspace in the Morning

headspace sees a natural relationship between their primary focus, which is meditation, and this focus sleep. So withoutit, good sleep and good rest, you're not in a good headspace in the morning. To help with that, they are now designing mindfulness experience as tailored to the time of day. There's a feature called the wake up it's a series of short videos on topics like managing stress or letting go of fear.
