The Importance of Impressions in Social Media

Sarah Lane: I find it interesting that not in the article that you guys provided, but in the Twitter space, I've seen a lot of people talking about followers and it's really important that all of this is measured off of impressions, not followers. Most people aren't going to be able to take advantage of this, especially me. Some of the Twitter folks who were like, wow, didn't even know I was about to get five grand. But yeah, it all seemed a little strange. It just strikes me as very odd.
