The Story of Arthur and the Scabbard
Arthur was taken to an abbey by a nun who recognized him from his visions. The nuns at the abbey knew that Queen Morgan, as she was calling herself, would like to know where he had ended up. Arthur's wounds were sutured and itched but they didn't hurt enough to be painful. He stood for the first time since leaving Sir Thomas with intense pain in his stomach.
