Are You Able to Walk Down a Well Worn Path?

If you look at a forest, there's one well worn path. Your brain is the exact same way where you're so used to these patterns of going straight down this emotional pattern. But if you start noticing yourself walking down the well worn path, you can then change your mind immediately and go a different direction. You have to become extremely self aware and go, do i want to be emotional? No. Do i want to yell at people when they cut me off in this sid of the road? Yes. Is it worth it? Possibly depends on where you're trying to go. So don't ever say the words "I am" unless they are something that you can identify with
