How to Make a Perfect Binding System

i agree it's clean looking, but i tend to believe that the easy viewing of the stuff inside and the spreads in the work is more important na clean binding system. What i don't like about a lot of perfect bound books, especially if they get too thick, maybe above a quarter inch or so, i don't know,. They'reand depending on the size of the book, a're really hard to keep open. And actually see the work clearly as it's meant to be viewed, is to smash down the binding just with your two hands.
