The Grateful Dead's First Live Double Album

Dr. Moxoa was a failure both commercially and by the band's own standards. In 1971 Garcia and Lesch went back into the studio to remix the album, making it sound slightly more like a conventional country rock album. Side 4 is dominated by a 10-minute version of Reverend Gary Davis's blues classic, Death Don't Have No Mercy. On side 3 Pigpen got to shine for the only time on the album.
