The optimal duration of dantiptherapy in someone who had a stunt for stable aschemic disease is six months. At this point, the guide line suggests six months. I do still continue patients up to 12 months, but i think that's left over from practising for the last 12 years. In clinical practice sometimes these decisions feel not straightforward at all.
