The Battle Plan for the Surge

I have not seen the battle plan for the surge. We've got to enable a win in Ukraine. In my view, the Russians don't have the the no the wherewithal to attack the Ukrainian army. So they kill the women and children and it's just gutless and cowardice. And that's why and there's right and wrong in this. I just think that the good guys have to win. And we have to make sure it happens.
