98 percent of people have a smile line high enough that they at least show their papillis as a minimum. When it comes to implants when you take a tooth out it doesn't give the same support to the papilli. A lot of people say there are certain ways of suturing but effectively what you want to do is augment over the site of the augmentation and do this with soft tissue grafts.
