The Role of the United States in the Civil War
Gorsuch's concurring opinion that everyone is fawning over for being so historically sympathetic. He's totally trying to entrench the incorporation of indigenous people into the US legal order, just in a much more liberal way,. Thomas wants to sort of dissolve indigeneity altogether in amuch more sort of genocide away. But both of them really kind of are congruent in that sense.
