Are We All Victims?

From a very early age, we have not been taught appropriate sexual boundaries. And that affects people in many different ways. By no means, I think the majority of bishops are doing the best they know how they're working under narratives and scripts. They don't even realize the damage that they're provoking in our people. We're all victims. It's a huge mess.
