I've Never Had a Patient Say, I Can't Go Through With This?

I have had two patients tell me when I arrived that they weren't ready and needed more time. The Canadian law has sort of expanded its scope over the period from 2016 to the present day. People do not enter this decision lightly. They often spent weeks or months already or even years thinking about this. It's a rights-based issue in Canada, which is quite unique.
