We often teach people that they should get their emotions in check. But maybe we should be more willing to wear our emotions on our sleeved, says Richard Branson. In fact, if we were selecting a negotiator, right, we might want to pick a negotiator who is more emotional. What i do recommend is to put aside the idea of superrationality negotiations.
