A lot of single men and women in their like you know early mid late 20s early 30s but there are families also. There's a chance for a jurisdiction to win on providing a supportive family atmosphere that lets them avoid the Latin American anti-pattern of an isolated upper class. I would be looking very hard at how do I assimilate these people into our culture over time if we were doing this as a country.
