Would you expect the judges in these different cases to be coordinating with each other as they are thinking through scheduling orders? I would imagine that as we go forward that that would happen at the initial stages where the trial dates are set. As we get later in the game and closer to these cases actually going to trial there will be more coordination but at the beginning there won't be, he says.
