I think I stopped expecting perfection. It's really easy to get discouraged in your preaching and to ruminate over and over again on your mistakes. And then I think you need to know what people can handle and helping the sermon be structured in a way that people can really feast. One thing I got better at is just you know this, if you're a serious Bible teacher, you're going to spend a lot of time in commentaries. You have to be decisive to get something on the page that you hope is obviously accurate from the Lord,. expositionally sound.
